The Independent Supporters’ Committee (ISC) brings together West Ham United supporter groups to represent the collective voice of the fanbase at the highest level of engagement with the Club.

Formed to ensure supporters are not just heard but respected, the ISC sits at the heart of structured dialogue through the Fan Advisory Board (FAB), where it plays a central role in scrutinising decisions, challenging where necessary, and advocating for the long-term interests of West Ham United supporters.

We represent a broad and diverse fanbase — across generations, backgrounds, and communities — and are accountable to them. Our role is not ceremonial. We ask questions others won’t. We pursue answers others avoid. And we ensure supporter concerns are raised clearly, consistently, and on the record.

The ISC exists to:
• Hold the Club to account on decisions that affect supporters
• Champion transparency, fairness, and proper governance
• Protect the traditions, accessibility, and community values that define West Ham United
• Provide a structured, independent voice within formal consultation processes

We work constructively where possible — but we will challenge firmly where required.   Because supporter trust is not assumed. It is earned.
