FAB & DSA/DSB Statement on Digital Ticketing – Reassurance for All Supporters
An initiative led by West Ham United’s Fan Advisory Board saw all 20 Premier League Fan Advisory Boards and many of the Premier League Disabled Supporters’ Boards raising shared concerns about the impact of mandatory digital-only ticketing, particularly on older
supporters, disabled fans, and those without access to smartphones.
Following our joint letter, the Premier League has confirmed that no supporter will be excluded from attending matches due to a lack of digital access.
We all welcome this assurance and will work with our respective clubs to ensure the transition to digital ticketing is implemented with flexibility, fairness, and full support for those who need it.
This means that supporters who are unable to use a smartphone will be offered suitable alternatives to access their match tickets. No one should face barriers to supporting their team.
Supporters can rest assured: you will not be left behind.
